This company has offices world-wide, but since the Amsterdam office is gaining more and more importance they are looking to set up a proper tech team over here. This means when you join NOW, you will be able to influence and make decisions from the very start.

 

In particular this means, that you will have a say in the technical strategy including decisions on the codestack

You naturally have influence on any future steps and can leave your personal mark on the product that is developed

Also the team is pretty young in terms of work relationship, so a lot of socializing events, discussions and getting to know each other is planned.

 

Whom are they looking for?

You should be a developer whose dedication is development. You read blogs, go to meetups, share code on github and keep up to date with the latest trends. This does not necessarily mean that you jump on every new technology, but you evaluate new trends and are able to consider pro’s and con’s

Solid experience in OOP programming and Symfony 2 is very much wanted.
