We need a leader of the pack. Ability to manage multiple projects at anyone time. It is also International work including the USA & UK. That does not mean you will need to travel to those places but you will be dealing with clients in those locations

Native English is extremely interesting for us. You will be managing 5 Project Managers so experience with this would be fantastic

We will find it interesting if you work for a Digital Agency or Digital Production Agency. Even an agency that delivers complex, challenging software/web development projects.

The reason for this is because of the number of clients and projects you have to manage at one time ;)
