Because this is a very different opportunity we do need a different type of developer. We need you to have excellent frontend skills with HTML as well. Also not just be set to a few languages but be the type of person who likes to try different ones. Of course we want a PHP5 expert with solid MYSQL but as mentioned we do need HTML5 skills at a high level
 
So why is it different?
This is not a product company. Its not working for a typical internet agency producing website after website

We all know social media, twitter, LinkedIn, facebook, pinterest are the talk of the world. Well we use all of these tools to produce engaging online solutions for an amazing list of clients
 
Therefore we are looking for the communicative types who love technology
 
You will be joining a digital expert who offers the most engaging online platforms, interactive campaigns, social media and mobile applications for many leading Dutch brands. Recently they have been pushing to work with more International clients and have plans to open offices in other European cities.  Unlike many other agencies they have everything inhouse including strategy, creation, design and of course cutting edge technologies. There are no set rules when creating our digital solutions so everyone is joined together to create concepts
 
What we would like to see:
HTML, CSS, Javascript (NOT A FRONT END JOB)
Amazing PHP ability
OOP coding
ZendAMF ideally
PHP storm ideally
Facebook API work and other API’s
 
Other stuff like Actionscript or played with Flash will really help your application
