Role and Responsibilities

Lead/Manager all User Experience activities from scoping to delivery across one or more clients

Drive experience opportunities with clients and support client teams in identifying new business opportunities

Contribute to new business proposals and attend pitches as required

Mentor Junior/Medior Creatives, including conducting annual performance appraisals and overseeing career development

Assist with overall resource planning and forecasting for the whole UEA team, interviewing prospective candidates
