Frontend Developer - Create an amazing service - (€3000-€4000 + Stock Options)

As Frontend Developeryou are not just programming; you will be actively involved in product development and product roadmap considering their focus area and you will be translating these into concrete tasks. You have great commitment to the continuous improvement of the product. You love working with lean startup methodology and SCRUM, are a real teamplayer and are always willing to help team members where needed. 

What are we looking for:

• An absolute expert in the field of frontend development;
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, SASS/LESS, Grunt, Bower, Gulp etc.;
• A team player who takes responsibility for collective goals;
• A missionary for frontend development: you are always are of the newest updates and technologies;
• A bit of backend knowledge is a pre;
• Experience with software patterns and frontend frameworks
• Multidisciplinary. Our teams are adjusted to the needs and goals of both our users and the company. Expect not only to work closely with other developers and designers but also with marketeers, support agents, etc.;
• Someone who thinks horizontally and bottom-up. We are a flat organization and strongly believe in leadership instead of management;

Main responsibilities:

• Developing stable, testable, scalable and performing software;
• You invest heavily in keeping up-to-date with the latest principles, technologies and ways of working with regard to front-end development;
• You handle pull-requests by fellow developers helping them to improve;
• You monitor the health checks of the system and the KPI’s related to the focus area and act if needed;
• Research and analyze the product/service and suggest and initiate improvements.
